Annual Vestry Meeting Postponed to March 1

The Corporation of St. Jude’s regrets to announce that the Annual Vestry Meeting, originally scheduled for this Sunday, has been postponed. The meeting will now take place on Sunday, March 1 at 12:30 PM in Victoria Hall.

This change has become necessary because the Audited Financial Statements are not yet available in their final form. As we are working with a new auditing firm this year, the process has taken longer than usual.

We believe our parishioners deserve adequate time to review these important and often complex materials, and we are committed to providing them well in advance of the meeting.

The full Annual Report of St. Jude's, including the agenda for the Annual Meeting, Notice of Motions, Ministry Reports, Audited Financial Statements, Proposed Operating Budget, and Capital Plan is now expected to be available by e-Newsletter and posted on this website no later than Monday, February 23.
