The Tomato Ladies are an independent group of volunteers associated with St. Jude's who focus on empowering people in their community to create nutritious and tasty meals with basic ingredients.
Their main target audience are the residents of Oakville's emergency shelter, and also others interested in low cost meal preparation. We do this by:
