St Jude’s Youth Chorus is a non-auditioned children’s choir for ages 7-14. The group focuses on learning and expanding musical skills in a fun choral setting. This group allows children to experience the joy and benefits of singing and performing together. Under the direction of Corinne DeJong, rehearsals also include music theory and sightreading education. In addition to anthems, the Youth Chorus participates in Christmas carol singing and pageant, as well as Easter festivities.
The schedule includes:
- Rehearsals every Thursday 6-7 September through June.
